The Call-Centre-League-of-Excellence is a club dedicated to improving customer-service. Not only do we tell you what you are doing right and wrong – we tell you how you compare with your peers and competitors.
How is this done?
Mainly by mystery-shopping. We have found this to be the best way to gauge the ‘customer-experience’ and gives an independent and impartial viewpoint.
What is measured?
We evaluate the quality of telephone calls & emails on all the critical measurements. Ultimately, we ask our mystery-shoppers, ‘how likely are you to recommend the service to your friends and family?’
